Street Legal Drag Races
Coming this summer will be the American Muscle Quick 8 shootout. It is a heads-up drag race class being held at three DragFest events. DragFest is a car show & drag racing series promoted by Staging Light Motorsports.
The American Muscle Shootout is for street legal American entries that want to compete in a heads-up format. This will be a Pro tree, fastest to the finish line event. RULES: Must be street legal, through the exhaust and cannot be back halfed or a chassis car. This is a small tire event. Races will be held at National Trail Raceway (June 26), Thompson Drag Raceway (July 31) and Beaver Springs Dragway (Sept 11). Final sponsorships and payouts are still being addressed. This class will be fast, fun and the central focus of the DragFest series. Come out and show the import scene how fast your street legal ride is! www.dragfest.net
