|  Factory Stock? With my mods, could I compete in Factory Stock in the NMRA? If not, which class? I am looking forward to going to Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, WI. |  Just looking at your signature, the ported E7's and electric fan will keep you from competing in Factory Stock. FS doesn't allow any port work to the head (even gasket matching) and the chambers must be greater than or equal to 58cc. They also require stock valve sizes. I'm pretty sure FS requires the use of the stock fan and shroud as well. I think they also require the use of stock ratio'd pullies, but I could be wrong on this point. | Doesn't factory stock only allow for three mods to the original factory setup? Including engine, body, driveline? ------------------ 82GT, TorkerII intake,Holley exhaust w/dumps,Hedmanheaders,carter600,88 block and T-5. Will post more when I find out more as I've had the car only two weeks. |
