Well, just got back from the race.. yeah, I left early... Who schedules these races? Um, it's still summer in Az.. over 100*.. NOT the best time to get specators to show..
Poor planning AND advertising.. only heard about it on the radio once... they were supposed to have discount coupons at Checker and Discount Tire... went to checker...was told that they would be getting them NEXT week..um, the race is today and tomorrow..oops! Low turnout too..not many cars.. probably becasue you can't do much to your car here and pass "THE TEST"...
there WERE some good runs...and ALOT of missed shifts ;-)
Ah well, maybe the NEXT one will be at a better time of the year.. and WAY more advertising..
and yeah, I'll be there tomorrow...gonna look like a stop sign though.. hahaha
