Talking Got a Sponsorship Deal

I got a phone call yesterday afternoon from a guy who owns a very successful car dealership..here. He said he would be glad to sponsor me because he has heard about my car (he has a dragcar) and knows that it's fast and has potential. He's gonna start his sponsorship at the end of the month and I got him as a sponsor for a whole year! At the end of the year he's gonna evaluate my success and see how it's going..and if he likes what he sees he's gonna become my full-time sponsor!! Everything changed within a couple days time. I was down and depressed some this week because i didn't think i was gonna be able to race my car at all..But now all i can do is smile! I just want to thank all you guys who offered to help me out! I couldn't do this without you guys.

Eric

Default Congrats!!!

Glad to hear it man! I'm really happy for you. I knew with a car like that it shouldn't be too hard to find sponsorship. Make us all proud and have a good time. Oh yeah and post pics

Well are you going to tell us who it is?? Most racers are really appreciative of sponsors and advertise the heck out of them to show their appreciation.

What part of the car did you have to give up?

If you dont advertise for and preach the gospel about your sponsors, they wont be your sponsor for long.

Andy

Eric-
That's AWESOME news!!! Believe me, I know how important sponsors are!!! Speaking of which, I don't suppose he'd be interested in sponsoring a reigning champion Sprint car, would he???

Take care,
~Chris
