Is it me or car?? (long)

Well went to T&T again and dropped my shift points down to 4500 on first pass and them moved to 4700 for the rest of the runs (only made 4 passes) my times still aren't even close to what they should be if you go by the speed i am at. i run around 93-94

here's my 2 best runs, please help if u can i want the 14 second slip that i should be running

Last time i had shift lite at 5300 and a few people said that was too high so i dropped it to 46-4700 and still ran same speed and et's basicaly, is it my driving or soemthing with the car?? the weather both time was about the same 85 Degree's car was cool for all passes i would run and then let it sit for 30-45 minutes and push through the lanes till close then start it up to move and shut off when sitting. timing is set at 14 with spout out and i have k&n filter in stock box with no silencer and flowmaster muffers with h-pipe for power making mods.
could it be my clutch??? if it is slipping it would stink big time wouldn't it?? i don't know how old it is. Thats one thing the guy i bought it from didn't know. car has 67000 miles on it and weighs 3400 with me and half tank of gas.
