The FFW staff usually sit down around Thanksgiving and hammer out the rules for the next season. Word of the changes then takes a little time to trickle down through the grapevine and we usually don't get the "Official" changes until the rule books are printed and mailed. You might be able to bend George Klass' ear a little and see if there has been any general discussion on where the class might be headed.
