![]() I know the radiator thing has been beaten to death but I need to know about my specific combination. Would the Ford Racing PP aluminum rad. be enough to cool my 393, it has 10.7:1 comp. I willl be using a stock clutch fan and shroud, my other choice is a Ron Davis alum. rad. This veh. will be street drivin in the humid Michigan summmer. Thanks in advance!

![]() The ford racing radiator has some plastic components that can become cracked overtime. The Ron Davis which I also use is completely made of aluminum and is very high quality. I had a slightly blown headgasket (to the outside) so I was continually having overheating issues. Everything checked out ok when I checked for a gasket, so I figured the stock radiator just couldn't keep up with the addition of the turbo. I added the davis radiator and it bought me about 4 more months of driving until finally a little too much boost blew the gasket completely. I highly recommend the ron davis radiator and I think it will be more than enough for your combination.
