Question Shifting

I hear the term "powershift" often. Is this when you shift without taking your foot off the gas, or when you shift w/out the clutch? It seems to me if you shift w/out the clutch you ought to have a transmission sponsor first. How about leaving your foot on the gas and shifting while on the nitros. will the engine over rev, or can you shift quick enough to catch it and give the effect of one long spray like an automatic.

yes powershifting is shifting without talking your foor off the gas. Yes you can shift fast enough but takes time to learn how and be good at it. but make sure your trans and clutch are top shape. powershifting with n2o in a wet kit helps from puddling in the upper intake but becareful not to over rev. which is easy on the juice
