You won't get a NHRA rulebook by registering with Fun Ford, you'll only get a FFW rulebook. Same is true with NMRA. To get the NHRA rulebook, you'll have to get it directly from the NHRA site, local speedshop or local track. Neither the Fun Ford nor NMRA rulebooks will provide you with the detailed safety and technical requirements needed to pass the NHRA technical inspection. If you're only running 14's, then the NHRA safety specs are pretty simple, but if you're running 9's they're pretty complicated and you'll need the NHRA rulebook to become intimately familiar with them.
