Norwalk FFW - True Street
Unofficial True Street Results
Dan Livernois wins with a 9.19 average! I wrote down all of the people who got 9's. There was a lot of cars. Probably 120 or so. No Manero. Some guy in a 85 Black GT runs a 9.02 in the first round and does not run again. Another person in a Blue LX,older style(pre87) ran a 9.74 in the first round and did not return. The guy who finished 3rd with 85 RED car was on the rev limiter(at least thats what it sounded like?) really bad his first pass and a bit on second. I don't think on third. This car would have been a lot quicker. I can't remember the time but I think that it started running the passes about 3 or 4. They didn;t get finished until about 6pm. First round hot & sunny. Second round no sun and 3rd round there was sun. Annoucer said at one point it was 90 degrees with 112% humidity. I don't know how this will turn out when it gets on board. But the first three numbers are the passes and the fourth number is the average that I have worked out. I'm sure George will post the official results was he has them done on the Mustang Works FFW msg board. Dan Millen - Livernois 9.33 9.14 9.09 9.19 Hopper Tech Silver Fox body 9.46 9.35 9.38 9.40 Red LX-I think his namer is Bird(?) 9.69 9.68 9.55 9.64 85stlye Red NOS 9.89 9.61 9.5 9.67 Watts(?) Dark Blue 9.96 10.05 10.03 10.01 I am not sure whether the 10.03 3rd pass was from this car or not or a different car??? |

No one in the 8's. The closest was the guy who ran the 9.02 and didn't run any more rounds. Reason is unknown. I think that he would have gone in the 8.9's later because it was cooler and most of the other 9 sec cars picked up their pace.
