Default NO CLEVELANDS?

This question is for George. I'm just starting the buildup of a car for True Street and I was wondering why Cleveland heads aren't allowed in True Street? I understand that you're trying to keep Yates heads out but why not limit Cleveland style heads to cast iron? These heads are great as an affordable race head. Thanks for your time.
