FFW Classes
What's the "bare basic rule" for each of the classes. Kinda hard to explain what's on my mind, but I'll try. Not really looking for an actual rule so much as a real world answer. For example Drag Radial is obvious, so I'll use it for an example.
"Limiter": Have to use a drag radial tire "Answer": Make the suspension work really well Street Warrior (Help me out here Jeff) "Limiter" .500" lift cam "Answer" : Wind that puppy up to 9,000 RPM Am I making sense? Reason I'm asking this is basically to explain the classes in a nutshell to the Chevy peeps inbetween runs. At Super Chevy (Am I even allowed to type that on this board?? LOL) they basically only have Box and No Box. Then the exhibition BS, nitro coupes (YAWN), and Chicago outlaws (Somewhat impressive) etc etc. When were sitting at FFW Norwalk this year, and I was trying my best, and did explain the classes a bit. They were impressed with all the classes we run, and that we pretty much have a place for everyone to fit in. Anyone shed some light on this? Thanks a bunch guys!

Re: FFW Classes
Basically, as follows:
Street Stang - run what you brung in terms of typical bolt-ons with a 12.50 index. Quicker than 12.50 and you're out. Street Warrior - .500" hydraulic cam, small carburetor (650cfm), small displacement 310ci. Street Bandit - high-revving small block all motor. Weight penalties for the bigger motor you bring. Street Renegade - small block nitrous/blower class. Staggered weights for the bigger motors, somewhat limited choices of blowers. Drag Radial - run what you brung so long as its on drag radials Street Outlaw - small block blower/turbo & big block nitrous/NA class on a 33x10.5 tires. Better make big HP for this class. Pro - unlimited big block nitrous/NA or small block blower/turbo. Need big ba!!s and a deep pocket book for this class. Mod motor - handicapped modular motor class, very few restrictions. Tough Truck - late model Ford truck & Lightnings Focus Frenzy - bring your fart can if you've got one!
