Default Tire question (GT)

I'm looking at purchasing a set of 17 inch wheels and tires to replace the stock 16 inch set on my 1995 Mustang GT.

I found a guy selling a set of Bullet wheels and tires fresh off a new Mustang (2002) GT.

I have two questions: would the 245/45/17 size match the stock diameter of my 225/55/16 rims currently on my '95 GT?

Also, I know that the new GT comes with Goodyears, but does anyone know which exact model of Goodyears? and are they decent tires.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
