Post Terrible wheel hop

I need help with this and was wondering if anybody came across this problem before.

My 96 hops violently on hard launches, forcing the driveshaft into the driveshaft tunnel. When it does this, the brackets holding the parking brake cables, cut into the driveshaft, almost trying to saw right through it. It is doing this in other parts of the tunnel as well. To stop this, I have replaced the shocks and struts, quad shocks and rear upper control arms.

What should be next, the lower control arms or the Eibach springs? I have heard the Eibachs can go bad over time but the car has no noticeable sag on any side??

Thanks!
