Post true street rules

I was wondering why MM&FF runs SBSO with any cubic inch? but won't allow big blocks in true street! I am building my car for NMRA wild street. I believe this is a class that can be won with cubic inch not cubic dollars. maybe MM&FF should adopt the same rules!! thanks Mark
