Default 03 Cobra vs 94 Vortech GT

Well I finally raced one...My engine is completely stock and I have an 8lb S-Trim putting close to 10lbs of boost. Anyways, I ended up knowing this guy's cousin who told me the car had a pulley, K&N, and bassani xpipe. We raced from a light 3 times all with the same result. Light turns green, we both launch. I get the pull on him in first (thanks to tourqe of 5.0 + blower) and bang second. He creeps on me and my short lead lessens. I hit third and he starts to pull on me in like I'm in reverse. Same result each time. He told me that he was shocked at how well my car runs with just the Vortech. Let me just add this little note in. I literally piss on stock LS1s and this Cobra totally pissed on me. Good show though, I've been waiting so long to run one. Kinda makes me think how well I would've done against a completely stock one.

Oh by the way, there was this civic with a B-16 motor swap and it ran high 13s. He kept TRYING to race us too, lol. I must've punished this kid about 9 times on the way home. He was cool though. Anyways, if the dude I raced is reading this, congratulaions you have a sweet *** Cobra.

Anyway, stock motor....dude get some heads, a good blower cam and an intake and you won't be loseing to even 2003 Cobra's

Well this is my daily driver, I drive it everywhere. It blows cold ac, has cats, and idles smooth. But I have been toying around the idea of adding heads cam and intake. I should probably see 10s@12x mph with a good setup like that.
