1 and 1 on Woodward tonight
I can't believe it's Monday and it was pretty packed out there tonight. I went way north toward Ponticrack and almost had a go with a cocky 911 Turbo guy. He then decided not to race me, and go for the GTS Viper that was on the other side. I got shafted by the Porsche and he ended up next to the GTS at the light. The 911 got him out of the hole by a car, and they pretty much stayed that way.
Then I got up next to the Viper and went from my 3rd gear roll. I put about 2 cars on him by 4th gear. Unfortunately, the 911 guy disappeared. Then I pulled up on one of those black 87 Buicks.... :eek He had all the good stuff on it, and his plate said "BADGNX" or something like that. We went from my 2nd gear. I am the dumbass who lets him get all spooled up before I go. 2nd gear went by in a flash, and by the top of 3rd he let off with about a 2 car lead on me. I done got whooped BUT good! He said it was a "low 10 car". Not bad for a Monday night!

Man your car runs great!
It's awsome to hear the woodward is still up and kicking after all these years.

Must go play on Woodward. How many guys still go up there to cruise? I was under the impression that nobody did that anymore.

The annual "dream cruise" is this Saturday, but cars have been hitting it heavy already. Woodward has been dead for a while, but we have been getting a lot of crap from police at the other spots, so Woodward has become a little rejuvinated as of late.
It was a MONDAY NIGHT! and my car was running @ 200 degrees because I could not stretch it's legs for any kind of distance it was that busy with cool cars already. |

Since most of us don't live close enough to get up there, keep us posted (sorry pun) on what you see and run. I'm so jealous.
