![]() Your mph is definately affected by how much you spin. If you spin your mph will go up 2-3 mph. If you hook you will have a faster e.t. but your mph will be down a few. Cecil county is a very fast track. Definately the fastest track in md and i bracket race at all of them quite regularly. In the same conditions i am a tenth to a tenth and a half faster at cecil then at capitol raceway. Cecil is down hill past 1/8 mile.
