Wink 10.77 in a 1.5L naturaly aspirated honda!

10.77@123.2mph

Its the new world record. Done with a 1.5L SOHC non-vtec Dserie engine! In a CRX of course. But atleast he doesnt have a swap (CRX had those engines from the factory).

Of course I have no timeslip to post

Thumbs up

I have a 1.5Ldx CRX with all the bolt-ons, exhaust, header etc... and it is still a turd. I used to have the V-tec crap on it but it kept over heating.

I tried to make power with the 1.5L N/A but it just wasnt happening.

That is an awesome ET no matter what engine he has in it

I'm impressed

With a 00' V-tec head on my 1.5L block I was making 11 to 1 compression. The car sounded like a chainsaw and overheated. I would like to have more details to see how the H3LL he achieved that ET.

It wasn't his car. Would you let someone run off with your 10.xx slip?

I dont have much done. The big stuff are sitting in my basement.

So far I have:

AEM CAI
Civic TypeR cams
Integra TypeR Clutch
Energy Suspension Motor Mount Insert
Tokico Illumina Clutch
H&R Sport Springs

Sitting in my basement and waiting for next summer to be installed:

TD05-18G Turbo
Greddy Turbo Manifold
Custom 2.5" Downpipe by Camo Tuning
JE 9:1 Pistons
EGC SMC Fuel Management
RC 550cc Injectors
Spearco Intercooler
Greddy BOV
Greddy Profec-B Boost Controller
Autometer Air/Fuel Gauge
Autometer EGT Gauge
Autometer Boost Gauge
Custom 3" Exhaust

plus some more stuff ... turbo is expensive! But its gonna be fast soo... its worth it! Friends with similar setup did 260 whp at 11psi!

I'll give the Honda's the credit of being very quick when they are turbo'd and intercooled. If they are done right they can move. I'm curious to see that 10sec CRX. =) I want to know what he has done to it!
