10 Sec Combo?

Alright I got some questions for you guys. The other night at our weekend meetings and racing some guy came from about an hour away to race. He says he runs in the 10's with his setup, but I'm not exactly sure what everything was. He had a drag setup, lowered 1-1/2", suspension mods 17" Cobra R Rims, Edelbrock heads, Edelbrock (i think RPM) intake, 75mm TB, i'm not sure what kind of cam, Intercooled Twin Turbo's both from a Supercharged Thunderbird running at 10psi of boost, subframe connectors, 3.73 gears, still using the stock tranny, Pro 5.0 shifter. I'm not exactly sure about anything else he had but that's pretty much all of it. Now i never got to see him run but he claims that he runs in the 10's.... What do you guys think? I'm also not sure what kind of power he was creating. I just need some opinions on what you guys think he could run or if it's even possible with that kind of setup.

Sounds possible if he gets it to the ground to me.

Easily done with his combo. I know of a single turbo mustang with ported stock heads, bigger valves, stock cam, 1.7 rr, better fuel system, C4 transmission, and suspension. Car regularly runs mid 10's at over 130 mph.

def possible and if he trying to run you for $$ then figure he is lieing and he goes faster..where is that in NY..you should come down to spring valley on wed or sunday nights
