Default 2.0XX

2.0XX is my best so far with my set up. That's a more or less road race suspension and 3.25's in my mostly street driven car.

I've heard that before.....

So, how much more difficult is it to get traction in an IRS car???

Also, is it true that after a certain ET (not sure what) an IRS will disqualify you from the big circuit races??

Way more difficult, I was still wheel hopping past the 1/8th mile.

I dont know when IRS will disqualify you

the best i ever got was a 2.20 that was on 255/60/14s bfg radials. It is really hard to get anywhere in a BB with 4:30s on that small of a tire.

I think that under NHRA rules an irs is illegal when you get into the tens. NOt 100% sure though.

What do you do, soak the tires in elmers glue over night?

Thats just insane. Is this an NHRA certified timing system?

What 60's do you see with the timebomb?

it cuts good 60s for several reasons.

1 it's HEAVY
2 c4
3 3800 stall
4 boost comes in right on the stall...

that was at the local track tireburner goes to all the time.. i've cut simmilar 60ft times at other local 1/8th mile tracks too.. but not at a 1/4 mile track yet.. our only 1/4 mile track is junk. hence my 11.4 with my 1/8th time down by .4

timebomb usually cuts 1.3's the run i used nitrous and boost on i cut a 1.5... so their is a LOT more in the combo.

Yeah bo55...

I hate the local 1/4 track. My car (no, it is nothing special) could not get traction w/ hoosier 26X9.5 QTP's

It just ain't worth a crap

2.02, on a 14.3 pass. On snow tires, Nokians, 235/60/15, 50% left, pretty gummy tire. I just managed to get everything right on that one, car really hooked, no spin at all, kinda rare.

Perhaps you should get some, you could stand to lower your 60ft
