Question 3.73 Gears = Traction Problem???

Well, Im hoping I get a phonecall in the next hour about a rearend with some 3.73's, and was wondering, will I be spinning into 2nd? I can launch with minimal spin right now with the 3.08's, and can roast em with a powershift to 2nd, so I wonder if they will actually help me on my street tire?

Thanks
