I have been able to consistently get 60 foot times in the 1.90's on street radials, but with 3.73's, but the following advice will still be relevant.

Run your rears at the max recommended on the sidewall, maybe a touch more, reason is you need all the contact patch available from the tire, running it underinflated as so many do is reducing the contact patch.

Providing they are in excellent condition, inflate your front tires to around 42 psi, this gives less rolling resistance down the track.

Remove your front swaybar, NOT the rear.

NOW! for the kicker, I know it sounds butt-backwards but i ALWAYS ran a 1/2 tank of gas, plus 90-180lbs of concrete bags in the hatch for traction, as we know the race is usually won out of the hole, it may slow you down a touch, but it will win you alot of drag races against street tired dudes WITHOUT the weight.

Try it, you can always take 'em out right.
