Even without the cop, I have people do crap like this all the time. I'm trying to catch up so we can line up either from a roll or catch a light. What do they do? They wanna play roadrace with them havig a 1/2 block head start. Then they blow through a yellow light with me still a 1/4 block back trying to catch up for a race. I think they're really just scared to race to begin with.
