Nitto's don't need to be warmed up to much, just put a good spin on them to get the rocks out and warm them up a little, quick 0-5000 Rpm's should do the trick, and you can launch pretty darm good. If you have them at 25 psi also helps.......

Nittos need alot of heat to hook really good.

Set air pressure to 16-18 psi cold.

Do a 2nd gear burnout for 5 seconds. Nice and smokey. You don't need to wet them first, trust me, they will spin.

Pull right to the line. Start at 3500 rpms and dump the clutch. If you bog, raise your rpms by 500 on next run. If you spin, lower your rpms by 500 on next run.

What works for me, if you spin, is to not let off the gas because they will hook on their own and you will take off like a rocket. If you let off the gas at all, you will bog and not recover. Look at my times for my basically stock Cobra and my 60ft. still sucks, but I make it up down the track.

Have fun.
