A few nights ago sittin up town with some friends a couple of jerk offs started wrestling around and smashed into my truck and broke the radio antenna off. It broke the with stud in the antenna, breaking it off from the base. now i only get 3 FM stations.

You can try to fish it out, but its easier to replace the base. What year?

its a 97 full size ext cab chevy

well i kinda rigged it to together to get a few extra stations, i took the base out of the hole its screwed in and dropped it and put the antenna part back in it then aluminum foiled and electric taped the bitch until i get around to goin to automotive store and getting a couple easy-outs and go from there
