Default Blah -> Ford

For the longest time I have been an import customer. Give me a celica or supra anyday. I never thought I would ever buy a Ford till I saw my 98 cobra.

Also, at the Eagle dealership, I was asking their sales staff about a TSI AWD and the salesman basically told be "I doubt you could get one of those. They are impossible to get."

I subsequently left the dealership as I was not interested in seeing cars for sale that "were impossible to get".

Went to the Ford dealer in my area and saw my 98 cobra. Ford salesman allowed me to take a test drive even though they weren't supposed to.

I was sold and hooked on them since. My major beef with the domestics has more to do with eye candy than anything. I love toys, buttons and LED displays, smooth lines and low profiles. My 85 Supra had a digital dash with all the toys. Ford? Chrysler? GM?

Yes, I drive a GT now, but I am not happy with it. Why? Because I want that new 2003 SVT and I'm pissed that they aren't making enough of them. DAMN FORD!!!!

They hook you on a product, then they tell ya you can't have it... Grr

I'm going to lose big when I trade my 2001 vert for the 2003

That's a pretty good story on how you came around to Ford. I thought they were making plenty of 2003 Cobra's because they wanted it to be fairly popular, and I don't believe they are all sold out already. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also does anyone know how many are being produced?

Take Care,
§am.
Don't loose your trust in Ford, they'll come threw.
