BOSS 5.4 f-150?
has anyone in here heard about the BOSS 5.4 f-150? or know any spec's on it? i am just wondering just saw 1 at he ford dealer ship today and kinda shocked me, it was a sweet looking truck.

These things pop up every once in a while. They are not "hot" trucks by any means. To add insult to injury, they aren't Shinoda vehicles either. I can't recall if anything other than stickers is done to them at all, but they really aren't worthy of the BOSS name.

My local dealership has one. Nothing worth getting, Just asking for an asswhipping. Looks like it's fast, but thats it.

there are three at my dealership. Basically, they are a 5.4 liter lightning, with no supercharger. They have a ram air/cowl induction hood, without functional ram air. All of the ones I have seen are yellow with black hoods. that is basically it. nothing special.

I found out, but lost the link, that these are done by LA Conversion. So there are some dealers buying them to sell, not Ford specifically thinking its a great idea.
That's why the info on these is so ellusive. Personally, if I walked on a lot and saw these I would walk right back off. If I had the power, I'd pull their franchise, or at least ban them from selling SVT's.
