Used to do them all the time in my '86 K2500 (useless piece of GM). Easiest way for me was to hold both the brake and gas to the floor with the right foot and run the clutch with the left. Aint pretty, but if you have enough engine to overcome the rear brakes, which I'm sure we all do

she'll spin. Best part is with the left foot free you can shift to 2nd, 3rd, ect.
