"proturbo kits" is out of south tx, down here a turbo 10 sec street trim car with a cage, is not uncommon, I do know of one 95 gt 393 stroker twin turbo, that has ran 9.80 without a cage! has a/c and all accessories..... crazy. and some of these guys have been known to clean up streets free of charge:D after sept 1st that will change, due to stiffer penalties.... then you will get automatic jail time, and loss of license.
