Post Will 28x10.5" ET Streets Fit My 88 GT Without Rubbibg?

I Have Stock Suspension, and was wondering if 28"tall et streets will fit without rubbing?

with the right off set rims and if you trim the inside lip of yor fender well off (that lil L shaped peice of metal) if fits snug but well

Yeah they fit. I was running them on my 92 GT. I had to roll the fender and trim the interior part of the rear quarterpanel, right next to the wheel. They hook big time too. I had to take them off because they were too fragile on the street. I got several flats over the months. They were fun while they lasted though. I could eat anybody from stoplight to stoplight, easily.

They will kill your rpm, you don't have enough gear or power to run those tires yet, the 26" x 10.5" would be best. The 28" tires will fit if you trim the wheel opening and bang the inner fender in, you may also need to trim the rear ground effect so that when the tires grow they do not rub.

ok, i will go with 26x8" et streets on some stock turbine, or lx 10 hole rims and 355 gears.

You should get 26x11.50. I'm running them now, They hook awesome and look bad a$$ too.
