Good Racin'(Long)
Well, last night seemed to fill about a weeks worth of racing in one night. I had 3 pretty good races. First one was with a fellow Mustang. It was a Fox LX. I was turning out of a residential area on to a main street, when this mustang comes up behind me and darts by me. I follow and come to a light turning yellow. We talk for a second, just enough to learn that he has an AOD. Light Turns grean and I launch. Get a cars length real fast and keep going. Raced for about 4 blocks, had about 4-5 car lengths on him. We pull over to talk, turns out he had exhaust, MSD ignition, cold air, E-cam, and chip. I was surprised, and very happy. Next race was a camaro coming back from my previous race. It was a 5-speed 'vert IROC-Z. All im gonna say was the guy was an *** . Got to a light, would even look at me. We took off, I lost traction so he got me a bit. After about a block I came back and past him like you would on the highway. Guy turned off right then. Final race was the biggest and best, even though I lost. I was cruising our local strip, when i came up next to('97?) a newer Corvette. We played a little bit, but nothing big cause neither of us was dumb enough to race their. We pulled on to a 4 lane street that goes out to the interstate, andgot up to speed a bit. We were right next to each other, when I made the jump on him. I got about a cars length ahead of him then he started creaping up. I was surprised how well I kept up. By the time we hit about 75 from 45, the font bumper was at his rear. Seemed like a pretty good night. No tickets either!
