Default good news and bad news

This past weekend as the wife and i were leaving for a trip up north in the 01 cobra (basically stock, just x-pipe and a shifter) i was rolling onto the on ramp when a black saleen flew up on my bumper. I thought, whoa, this is gonna be good. I got the r's where i wanted, checked the traffic and put my foot to the floor. The good news is that i made it into 4th (110+??) and the saleen was still behind me and not pulling...

The bad news is that as i was watching him in the mirror, i was my conv. boot go sailing off the back of my car, luckily it hit the ground before it hit the saleen. The thing was trashed.. oh well i guess it is worth a kill on a saleen (i don't think it was a look-alike, but i'm not sure), and they make new ones every day!
