Post Good race with a new V6 stang...

I pulled upto the light in town with my girlfriend. It was late and no traffic. Across from me was a girl I kinda know in a new V6 stang (99-00). She used to have a 5.0 and it was stock, she tried to run w/ me in my stang a few times and it wasnt close at all.

I was in my integra this time and I looked over and so did she and we both knew it was on. I saw the light coming and it changed. I got a pretty good launch, but I bogged a little and it coulda been better. She spun, I heard her spinning and I got about half a car length right out of the hole. As I hit my powerband (5000rpm) and edged out another 1/4 car to about 3/4 of a car. She then started to pull on me, and come up to just a nose behind me. We were almost neck and neck but I was just slightly ahead. I powershifted 2nd as hard as I could, and edged out to about a 1/4 car ahead of her. The road was narrowing to 1 lane and I held it out for the victory! It was about 0-75mph or so. Pretty good race, and one of the funnest ive been in in a while. I gave her the flashers real quick and she instantly turned off a side street. Sore loser maybe. I dunno. But I think my little bone stock 94 Integra LS did pretty good. Its a strong runner.

The sad part is 2nd gear is starting to grind now after that power shift.
Not nearly as bad as 3rd. 3rd's completely blown, but on powershifts it grinds now
