Default What would it take a 96-98 mustang gt to beat a stock 93-97 Z-28?

Its kind of depressing sometimes when i think about it, someone like me who will never see enough money for a s\c or head swap so i was wondering what and how many mods do you think it would take for the 96-98 or 94-98 for that matter mustang gt to take out a stock 93-97 Z-28? (98 and up has 305 horses stock) thanks
