ok ok ok . QUIT RAGGIN ON SILVERV6! In ONE of the mustang magazines i saw a V6 with 350 hp! all of you dissing the V6 Stangs GET A LIFE-----> gsxkilla <------ I read that SilverV6 was going to trade in his car. or buy a new one. Maybe he didnt have the money at the time to buy the GT.

If your putting down the V6's what do you think of the 4cly. stangs? A car is a car regardless the power it has, I respect anyone that has there own ride and can honestly say I worked hard to earn it. I have just as much as respect for someone with a v6 mustang as a v8. Not everyone can afford to buy a GT like listed. You should be happy that he bought a V6 Mustang appose to going to buy a Civic straped on a big fart pipe and bad mouthing stangs like most ricers. I got a 351 in my car so should I rag on you cause you have a 302? Engine size, car type, engine mods. It doesn't matter, it's how you appreciate your car and treat it and respect others that drive there own vehicle.

"SixShooter00" you do have a point here, most people start their upgrades with the engine, I see them a lot @ the track slipping their tires all over the place, my suspension allows my tires to stick to the ground (better take-off) compare to the stock stangs.

I am finally done with my suspension and now I will concentrate in getting a X-pipe and a cat-back system, my car will be paid in one year and my boss (the wife) already approved for me to buy a turbo...man I can wait

ok im not saying i dont respect people that have v-6 mustangs i just get mad when i drive around town and i get 15 v-6 mustangs trying to race me when im just driving 10 miles there like ***holes everyones got one

ryan, don't get too pissed at those V6 mustangs, they are the ones that keep our production number high and keep the money rolling in at Team Mustang. That ensures we don't get the axe like the Camero and Firebird!

I ignore most V6 mustangs when they get all hot and want to race me, but I do race them 'cause it's more of a challenge than a civic or integra and hey alot of the guys that I know who converted from V6 to V8 "got tired of losing to V8's" so they changed.

I just hope I don't come accross any guys like SixShooter00 :)

First of all man My parents dint buy me the car I did I also gave the down payment at that time a v6 was the most I could aford I bougt it 6 months after I graduated.

Im also thinkin that by the end of this year Ill trade it in for a 2000-2001 5speed GT:p

I will be getting a TDC turbo, I haven't made up my mind if it is going to be a "street sleeper T-04" or the turbo OUTLAW. Check their website.

Before I installed the turbo I would like to replaced the heads from "EXCESSIVE" (maybe I could sell the stock heads to a 96-98 stang).

I am looking at about $8500 for both the turbo and the heads, my wife said that I can borrow $10000 from the house which will leave me with only $1500 for installation. I talked to a mechanic no far from my house and he said that he would do the installation for $4000, he said that he will have to bring the motor down.

My brother in Ottawa has a tranmission garage, he told me that he has a friend close to his garage that specializes in high performance cars. According to my brother his friend could do the installation for less money plus the Canadian currency is a bit low so with my U.S dollars I will be ahead of the game.

Of course this is going to happened a year and a half from now, boy I tell you I can't wait, I even dream about:D
