Smile how to hook up on the street?

I have an 84 mercury capri, it has a 351w with 430hp. the car came originally with a 3.8 v6. so i left the old wornout struts and
the stock springs in the front. in the rear, it has the stock springs,
air bags, factory 5 cotntrol arms, and cheap gas shocks. I also built brackets to lower the mounting on the outer control arms on the axle to change the instant center. I run Hoosier quick times that are 26" tall and 8" wide. I have problems getting it to hook up on the street. one question is, should i have adjustable upper
control arms to get more pinion angle? Any advice would really be
appreciated. Thankyou.
