90-92....no prob being stock
93-97....Gears, exhaust, pullies, free mods 98-2001..A lot. Most likely either aftermarket or stock ported heads, cam, exhaust, gears, Intake. Basically 280 rwhp to hang, 290+ to beat. At least that is the story around here. There are LS-1's taking down modded mustangs right and left here. My bud has a 92 LX with a powerdyne, Wolverine cam, and full exhaust. He ran neck and neck with a bone stock WS-6 ------------------ Dustin 1993 Cobra #1926 Bassani Full lengths,Bassani short X-pipe, American thunder Cat back, 3.55's. More to come... |

Those 98 and up F-Body's can really move, and with a few mods, a decent driver, and sticky tires...well, they can flat-out haul! Good luck, E ------------------ 1991 5.0 LX Coupe -37,800 miles 13.17 @ 106.14 mph w/ 2.138 60' Pro-Charger D-1SC on the way!!! |
