I just bought a bike....boy, what fun!!!

Yup, that's right, I finally broke down and bought a crotch rocket....I love it. It is a 1991 Honda CBR1000F Hurricane. Sweet bike. The guy I bought it from ran a 10.6@132, but he weighed 300 lbs and is 7' tall...

I hope I am still accepted by you all?? Later guys

that's tight

bikes are awesome. i know i want one, i was just looking at getting a 2000 gsxr 750 for 8000 last week. two toys is always better than one. run it at the track and post the times, most definitely.

Did you sell your car to get the bike, or have both? I really want an R1 but I want to keep my car too.... which wont happen for a little while. :(

sweet! Have fun with it, and treat every car as if they were out to get you!! Be careful!!! :)
I have a '99 ZX-6R I love!

I have a 1993 FZR 600 that I've never ridden! WHOo Hoo.... Hmmmm, that kinda defeats the point of having it I guess.

Oh well, maybe one of these days after I finish up all the work on it, lol.

Hate to rain on your parade, and I think bikes are sweet, but I just want you to be extremely careful. Had a friend die a couple months ago when he was racing his new bike. Just don't get too cocky, and keep in mind that you can be the best driver in the world, but you can't always avoid another driver's stupidity.

Have fun out there, but be careful!

Nice choice on the bike. I put 550 miles on my VFR750 Saturday. Take a motorcycle saftey class if you haven't already. Like the guy from bikeweek says, "Keep your feet on the pegs and the shiny side up." Have fun man.
