Default Integra vs. BMW Z8

Ok, so yeah, I kinda live in yuppy-ville, and there is a fair amount of money flowing into some cars. There is a BMW Z8 (you know, the cool one from the newest? Bond movie) driving around and it's pretty rare if you ask me. Nice car. So I am stopped at a light and I can't really see what is coming on the road that I'm turning on to, but it sounded like a really kick @ss motorcycle in high revs! I got excited, I love bikes (like my CBR F4), but I see something else. There is this Integra neck and neck with the Z8. Now, they must not have been racing long, because as they crossed the intersection (in the one second or so they were there) the Z8 pulls ahead like it were a walk in the park. Oh well, I guess the Integra had eyes bigger than his stomach...but who could blame him? I'd race the Z8 if I had a chance! Wouldn't you???

Most of the noise, btw, came from the Integra, the Z8 is most definately stock.

Z8's ******* rock btw, and they are rare, very, all I see is z3's and there very common, but theres no way an integra could have beaten that Z8 even if it was type r supercharged etc, z8's are faster then ****, and stock they have 394 hp.

What do Z8's run anyway? I've only seen 1 in my area, ever! I've seen way more M5's than Z8's!!

That's a good question. I'm not sure, but I would also like to know. I have heard those M5's are some of the best sports cars made. Also, the M5's in 2004 are slated to have 500HP! Yikes! Nothing is safe .

So far, I've seen one Z8 in real life, damn, that thing was gorgeous! M5's are actually quite comon here but I have serious issues with racing a 20 year old international student with an "N" decal (signifies Novice driver) on the back, I've seen far too many Beemers piled up around here in street races to risk it. But the Z8, I would have to give it a try just to watch it go!

I believe the Z8's are good for low 13's, I think the 13.1 range. They have the M5's 5.0L 400hp engine.
I guess I am lucky because I get to drive a Z8 every once in a while. They are just plain kick *** cars (even if you are only going 15mph ) But you really have to be a huge bimmer fan to buy one. For that kind of money, I would go with something a little more agressive looking/performing, like a Ferrari.

I think the Z8 is about $125,000 and they only import a hundred or so per year into the USA.
