![]() What kind of system are you guys using (dry or wet), how big of shot do you run??? And how do you like it??? Just finished upgradeing mine to a wet system and a 150 shot, is that to much, should I go down to a 125, or 100??? and is the wet shot better than the dry and why do you preffer one over the other.... Thanks for all your input, in advance

![]() I'm using the Zex system with a 75hp shot. It's a dry system...
If you haven't done any engine work, I would limit it to a 100 shot at most.... I've heard horror stories about our hyper-pathetic (pun intended) pistons and plastic intakes. You also might want to think about investing in a timing adjuster too... especially if you go to larger shots in the future. I still have yet to find someone who has an idea on a firm shot "level" that you really shouldn't go above with the stock timing. ![]() I also run the ZEX dry system on a 1996 s281 and love it.....I've heard you shouldn't go above 125 HP shot on a stock motor especially with the plastic intake.
