Was that GTO having traction problems? You should be able to run close to that stock with sticky tires.

why is that my best on my nittos is a 1.72 and that was because my 2 step is set at only 4500 and it bogs when I launch there is no reason once my 2 step is moved up to 5500 that they will not cut a 1.6

and my buddy has the new m/t drag radial and ran a 1.63 on a 5000 launch(n/a) and a 1.5 on a n2o and this was with a 2 sec spin just to clean them off

stock (down to the filter)00GT 5-speed ran a 14.2 with a 2.2 60' time

on the stock goodyears
best was a 13.5 with a 1.98 60' time

and best on my 275/50/15 nittos

best 60' 1.72
best 1/4 13.0
best mph 103.6

I run consistant 13.6's @99mph in my notch with mild mods. (see sig)

I'm hoping for some low 12's on spray.
