Exclamation I've been lied to

When I bought my 'Stang the guy told me that it was a 302 bored to 306 and had GT40-X heads, upper lower stock intake ported, X-303 cam, and roller rockers.

Well, when I bought it it had open headers and a shot clutch. So, after a week I put Flowmasters on it and a King Cobra clutch in it. Now that it was quieter I could hear (what sounded like) shot rockers. So, I tore it apart and the pushrods were bent and some were different sizes by a hair. I bought Crane Cams Energizer roller rockers and ordered Manley extra hardend pushrods with guideplates.

I also found out that the heads are not GT40-X's. The heads are from a GT Mustang that have been ported and polished. The intake is not ported. I'm pretty sure it has the cam though, because it's pretty rough. I found out that it was bored to 306.

My question is - what times do you think my car would run with proper traction and the stuff that it really has, which is: 302 bored, stock intake, bigger cam, port and polished GT heads, full length headers, sub-frames, 8 point cage, King Cobra clutch, homemade ram air, 3/8 intake spacer, stock injectors?
(I'm going to install 24 pounders)?

My car seems pretty damn fast for what it has.
It can spin the tires in 3 gears. Over the summer I'm planning on buying the Holly Systemax kit that comes with cam, heads, intake and all the other goodies.

Thanks

Damn dude, that seriously bites ***. You don't have any of the advertisements it was in? If you have any paperwork, maybe you can beat him down in court.

Unit5302:

I can't do anything about it in court (or anything at all) because when I got the car I traded him for my old Mustang and three days later he died in it.

The police said that they couldn't tell me how fast he was going when he hit the other car head on but it was over 140.
