New SHO in town had to be taught.
Wasn't going to post this but since Try Me brought up the lack of race posts I thought I'd throw it in.
So there is this punk kid in my hometown who just purchased a 94 or so Taurus SHO. Everytime he has seen me he turns off and burns the tires. So anyway a couple weekends ago I went in town and got my new Firestone Firehawk SZ 50EP tires put on and on the way home a notice the SHO is infront of me. I gave him a rev to let him know I was behind him and he gave a rev back. Light turns green and he takes off and I follow closely on his bumper. Finally, we get out of town and on to the country roads. I let him go first and take about a 1 car lead and then I hit it. Sadly, I had him by 1 and a half cars by second and shutdown in third to save the gas. ------------------ 88GT 5-speed Mods: Cervinis Ram air hood 3.73 gears, King Cobra clutch, Pro 5.0, March alum. Did he "Sho hizz azz"? Or did you "SHO" him "yo tail lights"? It's always fun whoever wins. IMHO.

Theres a guy in town with the license places, "show ya" He pulled up next to me and revved his engine and I just looked at him and told him he had to be ****** kidding. He said your car ain't **** . Well we all know how the race turned out. Respect a real V8 and go play with something in your league, like a Ricer. Don't get me wrong, I respect all car enthusiasts, but what the hell? Thats like me revving on a Viper. Its just stupid, especially if you're all spitting trash at him.

I'm glad you SHO'd him! L.M.F.A.O.!!! My friend Angelos and i raced one last year in his 2000 Miata. We took him by about 3 car lenghts by 80kph, then shut down. They remained silent at the next light. |

It's always a SHO win you race those hot rod Taurus'.
SHOin them the back of your car is usually a 1st gear experiance, and then you SHO do pull on them fast after that. It SHO does make me proud to own a quick little Mustang. |

I have a friend with a 91 SHO and although it can't hang with a modded stang it'll beat a stock aod fox and hang right with a 5 speed. The only mods he has is a k&n and underdrives.

Hanging with an AOD Stang I can say. Hanging with a 5-speed is hard to believe. I raced 3 different SHO's when I was completely stock and I still walked away from them. I think the fastest they run stock is like low to high 15's in the 1/4.
