EZRIDN Vs. '00 Lighting

Got a awesome light friday night when i was coming home from the track with an '00 Lighting i had seen for sale about a month ago. Nice truck with a thunderstorm mural painted on the side which actually looks halfway decent.

Anyways....to the run. He is sitting a half a car in front of me at the light with his 2 passengers checkin the Z out hard :D This light is the best one to run from as it heads into downtown and there are no side streets for people to pull out of and its 3 lanes wide!

Light changes and the Lightning doesn't spin and pulls a good car on the Z while i spun let off and then hit it again. Near the top of 1st i stopped his pull and seen his truck bang 2nd hard. Z started to pull hard when I hit 2nd and began the move ahead of the lighting. barely clicked 3rd when i looked up in the mirror and had a good 2.5 cars on him and pulling hard. Shut it down at 90 with the lead that was growing quickly for the LS1. He pulled up beside me and we exchnaged thumbs up and smiles and went on our way. Nice run with some cool passnegers throwin the LS1 some big smiles when it was over.

Nice run, EZ!
Those trucks sure haul azz around here too! I'm glad I never have had one run me....yet. They all run low 13's to mid 12's at the track, depending on their tires...yikes!

I want one...the '03 Lightning is coming out in Sonic blue, my favorite car color now......I REALLY want one.....

Later!

The best runs are always the ones with both cars ending with smiles on their faces. :D Where are you located EZ?
