what temp does you guys' car run at mine seems hot... i have a MR. gasket 180* high flow and a new radiator and it still runs at 200 - 210 it even ran that way before the swap...

For a 180 Degree thermostat, 200 sounds right. Expect your car to run 15-20 degrees hotter than the temprature of the Thermostat you put in.

The temp rating on the thermastat is the temprature when the thermastat STARTS to open.

well, according to my "highly precise and accurate" stock gauge i never run any higher than the middle of N or Normal, usually at the bottom peg.
