Race down Main Street: Shelby vs. Mustang

Alright so my dada and I are out cruisin. Hes in his 1965 Shelby GT350 and I'm in my '65 Mustang Fastback. I ended up following him all over the place so finally when we got onto Main Street, I floored it and tried to get in front of him. For a few seconds their, I was in front of him, but then he went haulin ***** past me. The I tried to catch up with him but didnt have any luck. Then we stopped for some burgers, and when it was time to leave, he took off so fast that by the time I was on the road I could barely see him in the distance and it took me about 20 min to catch up. The GT350 has a built 411hp 289ci and my Mustang has a Tri-Power 289 and a cam, but thats all. Not much of a race story but there arent any others. No one will go near the GT350 out on the street.
