|  Raced a '76 Ranchero... Aren't those things supposed to be something like 290hp? It was real clean, had DRs and modded exhaust... don't know about the rest but he kept toying with me so we finally went for it... He got the jump because I spun a bit so I started about 1/2 car length behind... but he couldn't pull away... as a matter of fact I was slowly, very slowly inching up on him... he finally shut it down around 90mph... He was pissed!  Guess he didn't figure on the almost 1,000 pound weight difference...  I see him all the time... guess he won't be so cocky next time...  |
