Smile Poor sport Corvette owner

This was my first race in a few months even worthwhile to mention....so i guess i will.

I was driving home this morning after having a very good time last night (i was in hangover mode) and i was just cruising about 60mph on the freeway, with my GT, headed into fairly large city (bellevue, washington) and i spot a Black Corvette (the style before the current one) and after he passed me casually i saw that he had a wing on the back of it. I thought it was something like the special 380 horsepower model they offered before the current style corvette so i went to get my doors blown off.
I accelerated up to where i was equal to him and i looked over. He didn't look over at all so i dropped it into 4th at about 65 mph (matching his speed) and i took a jump up to about 75mph and hit my brakes quickly and slowed down, then i noticed he took the bait and was at about my rear bumper so i dropped the hammer.
He kept dead even to my back bumper up to about 115mph and i merged into the far right lane because there was traffic ahead and he slammed on his brakes and got behind me. After passing the car that was originally ahead of me i went in front of it, expecting him to follow, but he went to a lane that was a merging lane from an offramp and jumped ahead. He slowed down up ahead and when i honked and waved all he did was put up his middle finger and not even look over.
What an @SS, that was a fun race though, and i decided that it was probably a just a regular model corvette because had it been the special model he would've wasted me.

My corvette kill count is up to 2 now ..... I can't wait to see what happens when i finally mess with a newer model Camaro or Corvette!

nice kill. i havnt had the chance of racing any corvette yet, but i did get to race a ws6(i think that is what it was, new pontiac with the ram air hood thing?), and he ran a 13.7 to my 15.2(or maby 16.2???). now Id like to line up with one since i can drive, and i have a little more power underhood.

Yeah, i really want a piece of the newer Camaro/Firebirds...the SS and WS6 ones would kill me but it would be fun.

SLIGHTLY_INSAIN, you're right about the freeway beeing pretty quick, i just got a 19 over ticket just last week but oh well. Where i raced that guy was coming from Redmond into bellevue right next to the seattle on/off ramps and redmond on/off ramps. That's a very easy place to speed.

well at least 405 is smoother then i-5 around shoreline and northgate...the road is terrable there, my tires just get in those ruts made by semi's and shifts the car over harshly....hate that...
