Default Racing Starts Next Week, Need Some Racing Advice Please....

Allright, what i have planned is to run on 94octane with about 15* timing, but im not sure what i should do with my tire pressure. should i lower it to 25-30??? i am running 40psi all around right now, and will put the front tires to 44psi(max) for racing, but what is best for the rear? they are 225/60-r15, and they hook decent.

also, is it worth my time to remove the passanger and back seats, pull the sway bar(front), and run just 1/4 tank of gas? or remove all that and run a full tank for better traction???

thanks.

What kind of tires do you have now? When I had my pony rims i had goodyears(dont remember the size) and ran them at 38 psi all the time. Got a few 1.97 60 fts but mostly around 2.09. I always try to run as little gas as possible. I woulndt screw with taking out your seats unless you wanted to build a gutted car. Same with the sway bar, It wont help much without drag spings, shocks, control arms etc. Just be nice when taking off, a little wheelspin is better than letting off the gas. And drive around the water, heating up non sticky tires is pointless. Hope this helps. Go out there and kick some ***!
